Ciclocucina is a bike-friendly food place, the perfect stop-off on your bike ride that combines the passion for cycling with the pleasure of eating great food. Located in a beautiful, bright square - Piazza Conte Rosso, our cosy restaurant welcomes you to taste unique food, while sharing your travel experiences or just relaxing and having a chat.
If you arrive on a bike, there are secure bike racks on site, as well as an e-bike recharging station. Ciclocucina offers seasonal dishes, simple but of the finest quality, made with locally sourced, farm-to-table food ingredients. We offer local, Piedmontese meats and types of cheese, as well as fish dishes, to please all tastes!
We organise special events, sports event-related meals, themed dinners.

Within the context of the Casa Conte Rosso Hostel, in Avigliana (TO), the Ciclocucina reality offers local and Mediterranean cuisine, in a friendly and sporty environment.
Starting from January 2024 we are looking for the figure of deputy room manager to join our staff!
The figure will have to deal with the 360° customer experience: from the welcome, to the presentation and illustration of the menu, to the order and service. He/she will also have to deal with the management and organization of the room, the correct mise en place, the reorganization and cleaning of the work spaces. Bar counter management skills required (coffee shop, drinks inventory and related loading). In the absence of the manager, cash management skills are required.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in the required role of at least one year is essential.

Diploma in hotel management appreciated, but not necessary.
